• OCCUPATIONAL HISTORY: Volunteer Executive Director, Assistant Construction Manager, Mental Health Counselor.
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Planning Commission, City Councilor, Library Board

• WHY I’M RUNNING:
Albany is at a crossroads. As our community grows, we need to make sure that growth improves people’s everyday lives. I’m running for City Council to focus on three basic needs: affordable housing, access to food, and reliable infrastructure.
Housing: For too many Albany families, the prospect of buying a home is out of reach. We need practical solutions that increase housing opportunities while making sure our community remains livable for working families. I’ve helped develop affordable housing in Albany, including Habitat for Humanity homes for families as well as tiny homes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. I know what it takes to turn housing policy into reality, and making housing more affordable will be my top priority.
Food: Everyone should have reasonable access to groceries and everyday essentials they need. South Albany is growing rapidly, yet residents have limited access to a full-service grocery store. I will work with local businesses, developers, and community partners to make South Albany a place where a supermarket can succeed.
Roads: Albany’s infrastructure needs attention, especially our streets! Like many of you, I’m tired of the potholes. Your neighborhood deserves good roads. We need responsible planning and investment to maintain the infrastructure that our growing community depends on.
What Sets Me Apart; I bring practical experience, a background in construction and counseling, and a commitment to listening. My work has taught me how to solve problems, navigate complex challenges, and work with people from all walks of life.
Most importantly, I believe public service starts with listening. I want to understand the issues you face every day and work with you to find solutions. You deserve a City Councilor who will make time for one-on-one conversations and treat your concerns with respect.
