• WHY SHE'S RUNNING:
I was tired of feeling angry, sad, and powerless whenever I watched the news or spoke with families that were struggling. I started to get involved in local community and political groups such as East Linn Indivisible and Linn County Democrats. I wanted to have my voice heard and help out in any small way I could. I know that we are stronger when we work together, and I wanted to be a part of “together.” At this moment, that desire to be involved led to my candidacy for Senate. We needed a Democratic voice at the table, and I was ready to be that voice however unexpectedly I arrived here.
As your Senator, I will focus on
  — Healthcare access for all.
  — Childcare and Public Education.
  — Affordable Housing.
  — Secure Vote-by-Mail.
I love our community, and I would be honored to be your Senator.
