• WHY I’M RUNNING
I’m running for State Representative in House District 15 because working people deserve a government that works for us—and right now, too many families are working harder than ever and still falling behind.
Growing up in the rural Pacific Northwest, I saw firsthand how much our communities depended on the hard work of ordinary people and how often those contributions went unrecognized. Those experiences instilled in me a conviction that our economy should serve the people who power it, not just the people who profit from it.
Today, I’m a working mom of twin toddlers living in Albany. Like so many families in our district, I feel the pressure of the rising costs of housing, healthcare, childcare, and everyday necessities. I know what it’s like to worry about whether the opportunities that previous generations took for granted will still be available to our children.

For too long, too many politicians have lost sight of who they’re supposed to serve. Working people deserve someone in Salem who will actually show up, listen, and fight for them. I’m running to be an unwavering voice for working people in the rooms where decisions are made.

My campaign is focused on lowering costs for working families by expanding access to affordable healthcare and housing, strengthening public education, and creating pathways to family-wage jobs. I believe healthcare, housing, and education are fundamental building blocks of thriving communities, and I will work to ensure every Oregonian has a fair shot at stability and opportunity.

I’m a coalition builder, a policy nerd, and a practical, solutions-focused leader. I’m running to bring independent leadership to Salem that puts people ahead of partisan politics and special interests, and delivers real results for the communities we call home.
