• OCCUPATION: Retired.
• OCCUPATIONAL HISTORY: 30-plus years as a retail manager with Radio Shack; 10 years as a self-employed pottery artist.
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Mill City Budget Committee for six years.
• EDUCATION: Attended University of Utah and the University of Phoenix.
• FAMILY: One son, one daughter and four granddaughters.
• HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Pottery and gardening
• WHY HE'S RUNNING:
When I was informed the district was going to be uncontested, I felt that wasn't an option. So I filed just before the deadline. We the people need a choice. My priorities as a legislator will be affordability, health care, housing, public education, climate change, elder care, protecting democracy and our elections and speaking truth to power.
